What is your return policy?

We only offer refunds on items that are damaged upon receipt. Please visit our returns and exchanges section to learn more.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, within reason and once it is within the processing timeline.  We often dispatch Ready For You orders the same day as we receive the order.  Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.  Our Made For You range has a longer lead-time, in the quieter months these orders can be started within a day or two of receiving the order.  Please email us with your query. 

Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?

Yes it’s possible to change it once it’s within the processing timeline, just send us an email.

When can I expect to receive my order?

From the day of dispatch, delivery times as follows:

Ireland –  2-5 working days

Europe – 5-7 workings days 

International – 5-12 working days

I have not received my parcel. What should I do?

All our parcels are tracked, if you have not received a tracking number email us to request it. When you have your tracking number, track your parcel via An Post for shipping within Ireland. Once the parcel has left Ireland it can be tracked via this International Postal Carriers link.

Is my payment secure?

We use PayPal and Stripe to guarantee 100% secure payments. We do not share any of your information with third parties. Our website has an SSL certificate that ensures your data is protected. 

What is the difference between ‘made for you’ and ‘ready for you’?

‘READY FOR YOU’ –  We have carefully curated our most loved products for you. You can place your order at the click of a button. Orders will be dispatched in 2-3 working days. Click here to see what we have in stock.

‘MADE FOR YOU’ – You choose your style and size and pick your very own colours and our team will make it for you. Please see our lead times and click here to choose your style and unique colourway.

How do I care for my knitwear?

Always hand wash your knits with gentle detergent in lukewarm water and dry flat. Please see our KNITWEAR CARE section for more details.

Do you do gift cards?

We are back offering Gift Cards as we know much nice it is to gift one of our Made For You knits.  We decided on February 2023 that each voucher code will have a 6 month expiry date from the day of purchase.  Please make sure to let the person you are gifting to know this.   Please see our SHOP POLICY for more details.
