This collection brings me back to childhood sweets. Refreshers were jaw breaking tooth pulling nuggets of gold fizz. They also came in a longer bar version. The fun with these was to either see how long a string you could make from biting and pulling. Or my preferred way to clamp the yellow bar in my teeth and quickly slap it to snap it cleanly in two.
Each of our beautiful bespoke hats are hand-made to order and knit on our hand-driven knitting machine. The creation of each hat consists of eight stages. From knitting to linking, washing to ironing, hand sewing to pompom making, each stage performed with love from our hands to your head. Our yarn is traditionally spun and dyed in Donegal in Ireland. Each shade of yarn has an array of stunning flecks of colour, which makes combining unusual colours a creative dream.
Medium is our standard size and works for most.
