The inspiration for this collection came from many walks along the west coast Ireland or Wild Atlantic Way. The orange lichen growing on the rocks & the pink wild flowers called Sea Thrift that sit against the backdrop of a soft clear blue sky.
Each of our beautiful bespoke hats are hand-made to order and knit on our hand-driven knitting machine. The creation of each hat consists of eight stages. From knitting to linking, washing to ironing, hand sewing to pompom making, each stage performed with love from our hands to your head. Our yarn is traditionally spun and dyed in Donegal in Ireland. Each shade of yarn has an array of stunning flecks of colour, which makes combining unusual colours a creative dream.
Medium is our standard size and works for most.
