Returns and Exchanges
We only offer refunds on items that are damaged upon receipt. Once we receive the return we will reimburse you.
We do offer exchanges on our ‘Ready For You’ range. If you wish to make an exchange please contact us within 10 working days of receiving your product.
No exchange or refund is available on our ‘Made For You’ range unless there is a fault with the garment. We endeavour to provide you with clear information in our ORDERING section to ensure you make the right choice in size and design.
Shipping
Our ‘Ready for You’ range will be dispatched within 2-3 working days.
Please allow 2-4 weeks for our ‘Made for You’ range to be dispatched. If you place an order that includes ‘Ready For You’ and ‘Made For You’ we will send your items together.
From the day of dispatch, delivery times are as follows:
Ireland – 2-5 working days
Europe – 5-7 workings days
International – 5-12 working days
If your item is a gift or you require it by a certain time please add a note to the comments box on our checkout page. We will try our best to accommodate you within our current production schedule.
We use the Irish national postal service, An Post, to ship worldwide. If you require an alternative delivery service, please email us with your request before ordering. Shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items.
We ship from Ireland which is within the European Union. The customs and import duties will depend on your country’s trading relationship with the EU. We would recommend that you check with your local customs office for further information. Custom taxes and duties are not included in your purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer. VAT at 23% is included in our prices from 5th March 2021.
Terms and Conditions
Sale – During a sale period no other offers or promotion codes may be used. Sale may exclude certain items. During this period you may experience slight delays in shipping times due to the high volume of orders being processed.
10% discount code – This is a single use code, available to new newsletter sign ups and valid on full priced products only. Not valid in conjunction with any other offer. You must enter your discount code at the checkout to redeem your 10% discount.
Gift Card – We are offering Gift Cards again. As of February 2023 our electronic and physical gift cards will be valid for 6 months from date of purchase. Please ensure to let the person, whom you are gifting, know this. Each voucher has a unique code and can be redeemed against purchases on our online shop. If the value of your gift voucher is less than the amount of your total purchase, the difference must be paid by an additional payment method. If the value of your gift card is greater than the amount of your total purchase, you will be able to use the remaining gift card balance for future purchases. The balance cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash. Multiple gift card codes can be used in the same transaction. Please email us with any queries.
Colour disclaimer – We do our utmost to capture a true representation of each product through our website photography. However, there may be slight variations in colour and texture between the pictures and the products themselves. * Every monitor and mobile has a different capability to display colour and every individual may see colours differently.
Payment – Payments are securely made via PayPal or Stripe. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order, a full refund will be given.
